“The concept of Arkenstone Funding was born in the fall of 2018. I was looking to fund my first short term rental property and wasn’t sure where to start. A streamlined, stress-free process that involved comparing numerous lenders for a competitive rate and a fast close was what I hoped to find. A search online turned up more questions than answers. Arkenstone Funding was my answer to a process I knew could be improved on, giving borrowers a better funding experience that got them closed and earning.”

Josh is an entrepreneur and short term rental owner/operator, as well as a USAF veteran who calls Florida’s Gulf Coast home with his wife and two kids.
