Arkenstone Funding helps our clients get the funding they need in the shortest amount of time possible. With the right documentation in place loans can be closed in as little as 14 days.
What fees can I expect with Arkenstone Funding?
We charge a flat processing fee for loan origination based on the type of product provided.
- $1995 for purchase and refi loans
- $2495 for jumbo and DSCR loans
Is a down payment required?
Generally borrowers will be required to provide at least 20-25% of the purchase price down on a STR loan.
